Go to your local VOSA test station on local mot place, get them to print you off a form for becoming an NI. You then need to find an mot test station willing to have you as a NI there, fill in all the details on the form and send it away.
You will then here back from them with a date for your course. The courses are in Glasgow, Edinbrugh ect mate. Im currently going through mines
