Hi,
The previous owner of my Corsa used a load of Dynamat Soundening on the interior (The sticky tar based stuff with a silver foil backing).
I'm now trying to remove all this as the car is now stripped and caged so I want to spray the interior.
I've spent many a night removing as much of it as I can but as you can see from the pics there's still a lot of black tar left.
I've tried:
Thinners
Sprits
Brake cleaner
Carb cleaner
Scrapers
Heat
Its taking forever!
Has anyone got any idea's how I can remove it quicker? I thought about maybe getting the interior shot blasted? Or burning it off?
Cheers,
Neil

I used a mixture of petrol and white spirit on mine.
Left it to soak for as long as i could then used a nylon brillo pad to scrub it clean.
