i went to start my car today sounded like it was gonna start but my hand slipped off the key and it made a horrible noise now whenever i go to start it it makes a clicking noise and then kind of whining noise i phoned my friend whos a mechanic he said its the starter motor give it a knock with a hammer...tried that still nothing any1 got any ideas?? cheers
i kniw its in wrong part but no1 seems to answer my posts in help zone

i would say starter motor aswell tbh, is the engine actually cranking or just a whiney noise?
bump start it for now

yeh local garage said to bump start it too perfect i live by a hill  but not so perfect is pucshing it up the hill lmao! :/ FML

gonna try rocking it whilst it is in gear i think i got the starter motor stuck in when i tried starting it this morning :? doh! lol this car is costing me so much haha
