iv got a set of d90 wheels on my car and want the tyres to be stretched there are 6" on front and 7" on back and there are 196 40 16 tyres what size tyres can i put on to get the stretched look?

165/40/16 will give you a nice stretch on 6j & 7j

Any stretch on those width rims will look stupid, may as well run bicycle wheels on your car.
