Ahh okayyy, sorted my exhaust out last night was scrapin on all the bumps, was expecting it to come off :O

how lows yours at the rear? mines 80mm with sportex backbox never hits any bumps maybe because your fronts not lowered its at more of an angle like this ......

haha yeahhh 40mm front 60mm rear, but it wasnt on the second hanger properly :/

* And there were 2 lads in the back, and the sub

Will be nothing to worry about. Everytime i get on and off my drive my cars scrape, should see the state of the curb has never damaged anything though.

mine always scrapes coming off curbs, down 60 all round, never really understood though when people say i had a car full of people and sub etc (not trying to ague btw) my ride hieght doesnt change even with fat people in

mines got a sub in aswell, and a boot full of shit/tools and still doesnt sit any lower :/ lol

All depends really, when i used to have people in the back the exhaust would hit the underside or the car, mainly because the center pipe is missing a hanger :/

If mine ever knocks again i'll be cutting the lot out, i spent hours with mine on the ramp at work trying to get it to sit right it's square in the middle all the way, with no centre box

Haha pretty much the same with me i spent agessss tryin to move my exhaust about, i'd get it to a certain place, wouldnt knock at all, jump in the next day and it would rattle, move again same again, eventually i gave up and it stopped :/

well i took everything apart, started at the manifold, heated it up with oxy/acceteline, got it square in the middle, bolted up the cat got that square in the middle, then the middle pipe again bang in the middle then the back box and got that exactly where i wanted it, took friggin ages but never knocked again

my car is forever hitting bumps in the road lowered 60mm front 80mm back the 4-1 mani allways hits the bump and if you take it up the lanes it sparks from the mani propper hitting the floor but its had a metal plate welded on so its like a skid pan thingy so im safe for ages but my old mani used to hit speed bumps sometimes

i need to use a oxy/acceteline torch on my mani aswell i tryed to use a blow torch but it aint worked properly as id like so local welder will do it for me and weld a bit of pipe to my de-cat then hope my car will be sorted from then on

blow lamp is no where near hot enough, when we have to heat them its close to actually melting the steel before it wants to bend properly
