One of the things that we sell on ebay is the spy camera keychain and I have way over 7000 feedbacks with 99.9% of them being positives, so obviously a reputable seller. One customer wrote to us saying that they were having a problem with their camera, and here is the conversation that we had via email...

i brought this camera from you and was very pleased..then light keeps flashing and will not tape now...the instructions do not help....i am going to give you good feed back as i might have pushed the wrong button..i have reset it but it still does it.

Hi Trev, sorry to hear that you are having a problem with your order. Is the camera still showing up as an external storage device when you connect it to the computer? Does it seem to be charging properly? If so, does the light eventually turn solid orange if left charging for a couple of hours?
Hopefully we can get this sorted for you but if it is faulty then we will arrange an exchange.

I honestly don't know what is wrong with some people! Threats of physical violence and incredibly abusive language even after we have agreed to a free exchange of their goods. Not to mention the fact that these cameras don't need any drivers so no programs have been installed on their computer or anything, so if the other 1000+ of these cameras that we have sold all worked fine then maybe the fault is with their own computer anyway?!

I had a nice customer today too  told me if my attitude was not to break H&S (by taking his 8x4 sheet of mdf upstairs where I'm not insured) then I'm in the wrong job.
After briefly explaining it wasn't my 'attitude' and that it was actually 'restrictions on my job' he politely told me to fuck off and get the fuck out his house
