I'm paying 3 quid for 4 tins of John West just now, theres worked out dearer. As did their frozen chicken.
I got told when I went up the road their fresh breasts (lol) are actually quite cheap and you can freeze them, I never seen them when I was there Picked up a pack of 6 steaks though that were absolutely amazing

The fresh chicken is still well priced but not as good as the frozen stuff, frozen stuff is really good quality anyway.

1.1KG of frozen chicken breasts at Aldi are £3.99. They're all roughly the same size as well, unlike the ones at Tesco/Asda which you usually get 3 massive ones and a tiny one.
8 tins of John West in Bryne for £5 at Netto.

Cunts, we don't have Netto up here (I don't think).
I love chicken and tuna, even before I was aware it was the food of the muscle bound behemoths.
If it didn't cost as much as it did I would eat 5 or 6 tins of tuna a day with ease.
