The cable you get to provide extra power to the graphics card comes with the card & not the PSU, right?

I've no idea to be honest, all I know is my gfx card no longer works due to having no additional power from the PSU.

I didn't ask where to plug it into. I asked whether or not if I bought a new graphics card the cable to give it additional powers comes with the card? If it doesn't I'll just try and find a cable to see if my old gfx card isn't completely fucked

The wire is part of the psu, if it came with the graphics card where would you put the other end?

Some cards my include a molex to 6/8pin ATX connector but that's about it. If you have a fairly modern PSU, most will the 6/8pin ATX connector as part of the loom.
