hi guys . im just wondering i have just bought a set of 10000k hid lights for my corsa and wanting to know . what will happen if police catch me with them in ? fine ? points ? i already have an (asbo) on the car would they take it off me ? .. cheers in advance

They would prob give you a fine if anything but as you said you have an asbo then they make take the car off you. what was the asbo for? just a section 59?

they may take it off me ? .. i nicked through an amber light and 3 guys were racing behind me and they said i was racing so i was given an asbo .. so think thats a section 59 ? using a motor vehicle in a manner which could cause distress ?

10k will be bright blue/nigh on purple.Yes you probably will get fuked over.

Will look shite,wont be very bright.

On a more serious note,why did you go for 10k??

Put in either 6000k or better still 4300k if you don't want to get stopped. Make sure there set correctly as well.

New law isn't it hids will fail mot unless they are factory fit I maybe wrong

been pulled loads and had hid's in 8k ones, they have never said nothing, my mate has either 10 or 12's in his cupra, hes never been pulled.

i have 6k hid's and never been pulled either. they look just like normal xenon headlights.
