YES, as well as neighbours dogs barking at various times throughout the morning and day time and into the evenings, and as well as the neighbour with the stupid car alarm going off in the early hours of the morning, we now have a farmers bird scarer going off, i wouldn't mind too much but its going off after midnight and on school nights
i'm fuming about this now, it feels as if i'm the only one complaining, i had to go round to neighbours houses and wheelspin to get the dogs shut up.
i had to walk round 3 streets asking people if they knew about the car alarm and whose it was, until i found out, even the people right next door hadn't mentioned it to the guy and it was going on for a week.
people baffle be, A) because of their lack of consideration and B) the other people just moaning amoungst themselves and not trying to solve the problem.
the things i do.....
i will be walking around the fields soon, tracing down this bird scarer, and when i find it i will shout at it

A neighbour I didn't like put one of those fox noise things in their garden last summer. I can hear the high pitches screech they make (wonder-ears) and they wouldn't tkae it down after I asked them so I shot it with my uncles air rifle
They've moved now

Steal the dogs, put them in your garden and see how they like it.
As for the car alarm, obviously they don't care so steal it and burn it out.
Collect dead birds and throw them where the scarer is.

Our neighbours had one of these to scare cats, if my bedroom or the bathroom window was open i could hear the cunting thing. Catapult and few ball bearings shut the fucking thing up

What sort of noise does a bird scarer make? Wheelspin in the farmers field with your Landrover 101 for revenge

Throwing food at someone else you would probably be charged with assault in todays world and it will probably be the same if not worse for a swan.

Buy one of those things that scare dogs/cats off from your gardens. It emits a high pitch squeal and drives dogs nuts. Might as well give them something to bark about!!

Did that actually happen? I dont know if im being naive or gullible, but did you actually throw curry at swans because they were eating your fish bait?

yeah, its not as bad as it sounds, we just had little spoons and flicked it at it until it buggered off.
swans, geese, duck and moorhens all a right pain in the arse to fishermen.
A man was shooting terrapins with his air rifle at one lake i visited
