You'll need an SMTP server to send, who's your network provider?

O2 in the settings it seems to have all the required SMTP info

You may be able to use the CS SMTP server, we generally don't because normally you would just use the ISP outgoing one but in cases where you don't have this, you need one.

Might be worth an email to tim@corsasport.co.uk to see what he recommends, we did discuss it years ago and I can't remember what we agreed.

O2 have an SMTP server: smtp.o2.co.uk

It MAY need authentication though... If it doesn't work report back

On the incoming mail server bit it asks for

Hostname: mail.corsasport.co.uk
Username:
Password:

What would they be? I've tried Jakey then my password, Jakey@corsasport.co.uk doesnt work either..

You need to go in your premium settings and enable your pop3 box if you haven't already.

EDIT: If I remember rightly, as I'm not premium now
