Got a blockage problem somewhere.
We've got 3 toilets...one downstairs toilet/sink, upstairs main bathroom with bath/sink/toilet and en-suite with toilet/shower/sink.
En- suite doesn't seem to be affected.
Basically the upstairs toilet keeps backing up, and so does the downstairs toilet . I've used a plunger in both toilets to drop the water level, which worked, but in each when do so the water pops up in bath/sink in same room. Seems the upstairs main bathroom and downstairs toilet are linked. Is the blockge in our pipework somewhere or external to the house?
Any ideas......do need a plumber out?

Find the nearest manhole outside and get it up and see if thats blocked. Probably need the drains rodding outside.

open up some of the inspection covers around your house or one of the main manholes. it could be a blockage on the main run so rule it out
