got myself a bmx cheap that needs a lot of work so makin a little project out of it.
its a volume destroyer from around 2002, snafu handlebars, snafu seat, snafu seat clamp, snafu pedals, snafu end caps, federal seat post, federal grips, casket stem, and odyssey crank.
got some ford electric orange paint to do the frame! but it needs a bigger crank sprocket, i rode home on it last night which was about 2 miles and it felt like my lungs were going to explode

I've had bigger in the past, it's proper tiny! The picture definitely makes it look bigger than it is!

Hammer the steertube at the top and they will come out. Maybe try with a rubber mallet or a block of wood ontop

Sweet I'll try that, wasn't sure if I'd have to prise all the bearings out etc.
Anyone know where I can get some volume stickers? Tried eBay and looked all over the net but can't find anythin. Not bothered about the destroyer ones, just the volume bikes ones

All thease BMX threads are making me want to build another more and more!

If the bearing arnt sealed there will be a bearing runner effort on the tube. That'll need to be lifted up/off first iirc.
If they are sealed bearing just hammer the fuck out of it!
