Little rubber bung looking thing under the filter, push fit, looks like it'll fall out when it gets a bit of pressure behind it, any ideas what this is for?

Its for a setting tool, Even if pulled out oil wont leak, Honest.

Funny that this has come up as I am currently re-building my wifes motor
and realised that it doesn't have one, yet I have found that the spare C16 block does
