i want to swap my painted bumpers for the normal black plastic bumpers, preferably the same ones (post 97 i think)

why dont you just paint your bumper? couple of cans of simoniz acrylic black paint of ebay £7, wet and dry £5, laquer £5 spraying black is real easy to do and this paint is great doesnt run at all. and they're 500ml cans to.

u cant say it dnt run at all mate fink u may find its how much paint u appl bud take ya timee u be cust i but u can neva get the same colour paint in a rattle can than a spray gun
