hi pps i have heard that if you put a k&n on a 1.2 16v it will knacker up the air flow meter is this true thanks

Any open filter is bad. Mainly hot air issues.

Your best with a better panel filter in standard airbox or a sealed induction with cold air feel. Like a BMC kit

Open filter will sap power as itll pull hot air into the engine. Also, as it will increase air flow you'll use more fuel for the priviledge of loosing power
