Was having problems with my Corsa so brought a nice version on Opel opcom diagnostic
It's great will read any vauxhall ecu From 1990 to 2009 and some gm saabs lol
Lovely bit of kit and nice price too
Time for some digging as to what's wrong with my beast now lol

Mine was a Lil more than 35 quid as got a job lot for other cars as well lol but same thing as the one on eBay

Be careful with it.

It dosn't have much safety,you can start messing with the values and settings and before you know it,you've fuked your car.

Yer realized that when goin through the instructions only using it to find fault codes and clear them etc

And 3cm I gear he can talk directly to the ecu these days with just a finger touch lol

You can't mess with many values and settings tbh, The ECU relearns stuff anyway.

I have the same and if you know what your doing (and know what values for items should be) it can be really helpful.

Have it myself.

Its a great peice of kit, Can also programme keys, test circuits and change mileage on the digital displays.

Yes I realized my mistake ste lol shhh

And I was using paper clip test but this is just easier as can also do other things than watch a light flash lol

They can't do fuck all compared to the opcom thing, Can test stuff and watch outputs of individual sensors and stuff.

does this only work with the 16 pin ODB plug or does it work wiht the 10 pin plug??

Only the 16 pin ODB, I think you can get a adapter, But I'm pretty sure it won't work with that.

oh well paper clip works for me though so not all bad!! if a sensor is a long way out from what it should be it'll flash up an error

Since when? Outside of resetting it for the first 100 miles or setting new clocks of course.
