Thinking about getting some 165/50 rubber on my slabs so i can put my car lower but is it specialist places that have to do it? Im more up the Berwick Upon Tweed/Alnwick area so if anyone could suggest somewhere that could do it that would be great and i dont mind traveling a bit

any tyre place should be able to stretch that mate slabs are only 6.5j so doesnt give that much stretch. loads of tyre lube and thyl pop on easy.

they arent stretchy tyres so to speak, they are just normal tyres that are to skinny for the wheels, so when there put on they have to stretch to fit the rim. go on wheel whores and then on tyre stretch and theres a shit load lol

Cheers Joe. Asked a couple of garages already and theyve refused to do it if i supplied the tyres Ive got quite a bit of camber on the front as it is too so will that not cause the tyres to wear easily and need changed often ?

yeah camber will wear them pretty quickly like. i use the same garge near me and theyve put them on cesaros for me and never had a problem, have a mission up this way and get them done, they will get done up here 100%. they can get the tyres in for 58 a corner i think thats wt i payed last time.
