what you trying to insure?? the cost of all insurance has gone up slightly, i know it sounds stupid but try online sites like go compare ect and then try haggle the cheapest one down my lying saying you have been offered lower elsewhere, my mate on his motorbike just managed to save 800 quid on his insurance doing the same thing (Y)

Just a 1.2 8v / 1.0 12v i have been driving 3 years but i have 9 points so cheapest i have been quoted so far it just over 2k! going to get on the phone tomorrow and see what i can do, must be able to get it down from that

I got 3 for a bald spare tyre lool and then 6 for undue care n attention.

Yeah im 20 with 3 years driving, but with those 6 points it goes sky high!! Really didnt expect it to be over 2 grand! my old 1.2 8v a year ago, when i just had 3 points, was £780! now they seem to have just spanked £1500 on top for fun!
