My car has a whining noise when im going straight or left at over 30mph. the noise is coming from what sounds like the rear passenger wheel.. I have changed the bearing to no avail apart from its a little smoother.

What happens when you jack the wheel off the ground and try to rotate it/ shake it off the drum?
