hello i was just wondering there is a port you can get that lets you plug into the charging port which allows the use of a scandisk memory card thing.
my question is if i had all my films on the card could i watch them on the ipad without having to save them onto the harddrive of the ipad

No, the only way to watch films on the iPad is to transfer them using iTunes.
There might be something available if you jailbreak though...
