Whats the easiest way? Theres no wires for it. No horn button.
What do I need and how do I do it? As easy as possible.

+ from the battery/other source, fuse, push-to-make button, horn, earth

Not got any wiring on the car? You should just have a brown/white (iirc) coming up to the column/stalk support.
Otherwise as above unless you have a horn drawing more power, if so use a relay.
