Recently started going to the gym again after a year off and wanted some advice on my gym routine.

weight loss is my main aim but would like to tone up a bit eventually

looking to lose about 2 stone ish.
my current routine is
30mins bike level5 do about 15km
30mins treadmill .25km walk .75km run and repeat. do about 5-6km
10mins rowing machine
then various weights for 20mins
i go 3/4 times a week

any comments?
