I have a 04 VW Bora 1.9TDi and when i indicate and it comes off, Its still ticking/Clicking really quick and some times slow. Does this sound like the relay?

Any help please?

Sounds like relay but could also be the switch sticking but depending on the design when it keeps ticking do the lights still flash?
