Was at willen lake yesterday and mates were all parked up, this bloke in his XR3i thought he'd be clever by speeding onto the grass and pulling a hand brake turn except he fcuked it up went way to sideways nearly took two of my mates out and smashed into this girls car...!!! He got out and appologised but thing is he had no tax and no insurance he has offered to pay (car is only worth about £1700 tops) but in this situation had it been my car he wouldn't have been able to afford it. Plus the second he'd done it I'd have kicked two fcuks out of him!  She is gonna wait topay for her car and her brother is going to pay him a visit

I would have kicked three fucks out of him............lol.
Anyway, what I would personally do is report him for it, he will get done for no tax and MOT and fined, and then it would be posssible to take him to court to reclaim the money for the damage to that girls car.
These kind of people are what give cruisers a bad name, I know in this case you weren't cruising, but you get people like this at meets a lot and if they end up smashing into a modded expensive car then what the hell can you do if they cant afford to fix it.

I wouldn't have been to happy and made sure he knew it! Get his number and home address and if he dont look like paying then smash his house up and the car on his drive and then him

Report him to the police. No MOT/tax/insurance = instant ban (even if he has no license), plus he will be fined and may possibly face a custodial sentence depending on the severity of the case and what mood the judge is in!

Yes, but if he didn't have any money, or any possesions to pay for the fine, let alone the girls car he can't pay. He might end up only being able to afford the fine, and not the car. I'd make him pay, there would be big men following home from work etc

I heard about this B4RVO. Why is he not insured on that shed. It'll be pennies for him.
I'd report him to the police. Cant have pricks like that on the road i'm afraid.
