I know tons of people who smoke on a night out but no other time. Probably ends up being a sociable way of taking a break from drinking.

I've just quit after 9 years. 3rd day and going strong Real tester was last night though. I did cave in, only because I was pissed out of my skull. I had ONE drag. Thats it.

It's when I'm at work I struggle, I've been here since half 8 and normally go for a fag at 10 so I need to get past that first hurdle goin home at lunch though so should make it a bit easier
