Someone else managed to upload the vid to Youtube, so i've stuck the link on the original post. Apparently it all kicked off on Pistonheads and Edinburgh's local police got notified about the video. Can't imagine anything happening though, as Chris pointed out.

Has got to be convicted within 14 days of the date it was taken - not true.
if any 1 of these cant be proved then it will be dismissable in court.
It might still go there and you could defend on those points but they're not sufficient to not complete the offence.
