My Sister is driving my Corsa which has failed it's MOT, I said she shouldn't be driving it and by law it's only allowed to be on the road when either its booked for another MOT or its booked to go to a garage for repairs, but never had a failed MOT before so I'm asking here if anyone knows for sure ?

I insured her after she broke her back so she had something to get around in, but the car has gone from a mint sport to a banged up crap box. So wanted to give her an ear bashing if she is indeed driving it illegally.

of course shes driving it illegally. it's not ven up for debate.

it doesn't have a valid MOT so it shouldn't be on the public highway.
