I think a 200mph busa isn't average, just my opinion

A standard busa will do about 188mph IIRC. There was a test done by Motorcycle News and they found that a standard BMW S1000RR was faster at 190mph both verified by GPS. Just shows how far 1000cc superbike engines have come.

Isn't the busa limited to 186mph ?
Seems a bit pointless to limit it to 186mph if it can only do 2mph more.

Because of the Hayabusa Because Kawasaki were making a bike to take it on with the ZX12R but the Government stepped in.

That depends. If the wind is behind it, it might hit 190+ as some magazines have found! But none had a genuine 200mph.

Well the highest confirmed gps speed I've ever seen is 188mph. Someone might have got one with standard gearing to go faster than that but I've never heard of it.

i do remember my dad saying something about the busa's are restricted to come into this country..
and i wouldn't as such say its the top speed whichever one is the fastest but its how quick it gets to it imo. honestly, im not a biker but iv been on the back of a fair few, but that busa's fucking insane! easy knocks spots off both his fazer 1000s before it. however he did say its alot harder to handle, weight and that..

asked my dad about top speed on the busa and "it's seen over 185 with the wife (BIG WOMAN), paniers, tankbag and top box on, but i think it'll pull about 215 if given the chance against a gsxr 600" lol
no offence, think its looks mint, and as i said i know very little about bikes

What's the first?
My mates 207bhp BMW S1000RR, but he spent £22k on the bike + mods so hardly a fair comparison
S1000RR's are amazing, undoubtedly the best realistic bike out IMO
