as above^^ just type depo into the search box, there are plenty of posts. alot of people say put them in the oven for 5-6 minutes to melt the seal.. if you have a heat gun you can melt it that way and carefully prise the glass away from the body.
( it doesnt work with valeo headlights, needs to be depo. believe me, ive tryed)
