I've just fitted a sub and amp with a power cap.
I'm not 100% sure it's wired right.
I've got the cap earthed seperate, Then the live from the battery goes on one side of the cap and the other side is to the amp. It works, But the cao is powered as soon as the battery is connected without the ignition on.
I've run a spur from the remote terminal on my amp to the cap thinking that the cap would switch on with the stereo.
Should the cap only power up with the stereo on?
