Spacer would work out adding around 1.6mm.

The cambelt tensioner can take it fine, and the timing wouldn't be too far out if at all.

And agreed, no way is that 120bhp Most of that wouldn't effect BHP

Removing the egr and sai makes no difference to your bhp

all that and you leave the most restrictive part of the engine in

Lightend flywheel makes no difference to BHP either, just makes it rev quicker. Exhaust won't make feck all difference.

If it had that lot and a powerbox, might be 120bhp.

my point was that the engine is standard just got them bits and like i said i was told by the last owner that its running that and also it has had the fuel turned up . im just waiting for a lexmal to come up . but next year i may be going for the c20let

4.1 are a canny shite upgrate, if you even want to call it one. im not nocking you bud, i got one on mine and apart from the standard manifold being raped by the concrete its not much better

yh i know what you mean with the concrete lol
all i was saying is what i was told id like to get it on the rolling roads to c what it is so i knw like . the engine was out of an astra i doe think there is much difference though tbh lol
just searched the standard from factory they was 109bhp but i dont know if there has been any tunning mods on it

I fully.rebuilt a c16xe a few month back done a few bits nd pieces and didnt really.gain much.bhp for the money infact wasted my money tbh

so i just got a c20xe much better and better mpg to !

Thats how i brought it for the money id pay to tune it up to whatever you maze well go 20xe or c20let so it was worth it what more could you do with it
a lexmaul would what give me 20bhp extra they cost round about 250 300 now you can buy a red top for that lol

Just cos you was told it by previous owner means fuck all You can't turn the fuel up, and it would fuck up the running of it and make it lose power anyway lmfao

apparently mines on its 3rd engine

dont know for sure but heard a few story's about the slut that it is
and the astra engine is a bit different. few bhp less than the standard x16xe as it'll be a x16xel iirc

think the cams are the same a 14xe's/ <may be corrected as iv heard many stories

my brother in law dale87 on here just built a c20let nut he has gone all the works with it and has cost him a bit but it is worth it but you can do the same for less if you just had all second hand parts of breakers and all that

aw06 yh i knw it means nuffink i had no clue about cars when i had this so what he told me i belived lol but i wasnt botherd about it any way

that was another thing i was told that the engine was out of an astra to look at its the same as the corsa x16xe when i buy parts i tell them that its the x16xe i have no problem with it

its ok i feel a bit stupid and people prob think im thick and saft
but like i said thats what i was told and i day know at the time so know i know i wont look stupid any more and hope to have the 20xe or let some time next year

i would like to see you do the turbo conversion
