They don't go well in doors, my dad has loads but doesn't keep any inside anymore. You'll need to protect them from frost outside though.

Evergreens like Larch tend to be pretty hardy but I always like Chinese Elms, they are excellent for looking like miniature versions of real trees.

take ages, i looked into them a while back.

is some that are hundreds of years old and get passed onto to people, also people looking for someone to "inherit" a tree etc.

crazy world if you get into it properly
