It's not the alcohol, it's being from Fife that does that

Have to admit an E46 M3 is another option. What year did they go up to? I guess they're not really going to be much newer than my Impreza. Also servicing on the car!? Ouch, I'm sure.

I love my Impreza from the front, but from the back it really isn't a looker lol, M3's look much better imo have never been in one actually, but it seems they have the speed too, pretty much on par with mine!?

M3 is more refined probably not as fast as your scoob (not sure on spec of yours) it will be about 1billion times nicer inside. Comfy as well as sporty but sensation of speed in the e46 is not great. Capable of covering huge distances but doesn't always "feel" that fast.

Servicing = inspI £400, oil £200, inspII £7-900 depending on where you have it done.

Tyres are a few pennies shy of £1k for a full set, brakes £8

350z or if you do add M3 to the list I would go with that.

Interior on my BM is leagues ahead of the 350z in every waya nd is a much nicer place to be.

350z was a lot cheaper to insure for me though, and was a lovely reliable car interior quality was the only let down imo, but Jap cars are like that? Facelift interiors are nicer, but double the tax.

370 interior is awesome.

I'm used to insurance with my car atm, £145 p/m

Mad tyre prices, what makes them so expensive? I swear they're only £80 a pop each on my car... or am I in for a massive shock come my first MOT lol.

they are 19" and very wide at the rear, other than that I'm not sure. I'm guessing pretty rare tyre size so not mainstream which means expensive I guess!

Insurance might not be that bad. Best get a quote

I've owned 2 out of the 3 cars there so I can give the best answer

The 350z I know nothing about lol.

As for the astra, in standard trim there pretty much shit, don't handle all that well and not as quick as they claim. Plus there fragile as fuck and I don't care what people say they're gearboxes are made of plastic and cost a fuckin fortune to put right. Yea they look great but that's about it.

As for the R32, there not slow by any means. 0-60 in 5.8 secs and that probably includes the wet and limited to 155mph in standard trim. Build quality is fantastic comes with every toy you could want, superb interior spec with the added bonus of 4WD and one of the best sounding engines around. Drop one on springs or coilovers with some very nice wheels and you've got yourself a stunning car. They also hold there price VERY well compared to the others.
