Has anyone got anything from this range?

http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/search/?query=NYVOLL

I like the bedside table and chest of 6 drawers but I can't be bothered to trek to Ikea to look at it.

Does anyone know if it's good quality? I've never had anything from Ikea before...

I've not had anything from that range but I've never had a problem with the quality of any of their stuff
One of the bookcases I've got must be at least 15 years old now and is still fine

i've broken some ikea bits, mainly bed slats or dented bits of wood because it's just crap stuff but the general quality of the products is fine.

i had the hopen range in my old house and now have the malm range here and they are both great. good value too.

they sometimes have offers on furniture which need a family card to get.

reading it back it does seem like you are just always unlucky when it comes to sales but when i first read it, it sounded like stuff you always buy is far too upmarket for a sale

What, so it was aimed at me?

FFS how is ANYTHING from Ikea upmarket? There's a mirror i'm after which is (a pitiful to some) £80 and a table for £160, but I don't want to pay that particularly, if you must know.

I think even the expensive stuff is cheaper than alternative places, but I s'pose it depends where you're comparing it to.

My original comment meant that the stuff I usually find in the sale is cheap shite nobody wants in the first place, hence it needing to be discounted.

Rich boy's don't drive 10yr old Audi's either.

Got few bits from the Malm range and also got wardrobe internals all good quality.

Ikea is pretty good quality for flat pack stuff.
