Look at completed listings on eBay at similar spec PCs to get an idea of value.
You don't say how old it is, but I can tell you for a fact you won't get £700 for it.

its about 7 months old. I know I wont get 7 i was hoping for £550 - £600

I have receipts for over £1,000 for my PC, don't mean its worth it though.
I'd be lucky to get £200 for it I reckon.

Better off splitting and sticking on a forum like Overclockers. As TheNobleOne said you're probably looking around half what you paid unfortunately. But that's with any PC component, after around 6 months it's worth naff all

You can get some huge spec I7 computers for £600 these days mate, i'd say 300ish on ebay
