He's right in that it's annoying having people talk whilst you're trying to watch something but it's down to bad planning on his part really 
He chose to get into a relationship with a Scottish girl and then move her down to Essex meaning that her parents aren't going to see her all that often. Due to this when they do see her they'll naturally want to talk to her and 'catch up' rather than watching some crappy film. No other tellies in the house?

Mine was....eventful
Got married, went to silverstone, lost wedding ring, won paddock passes, met senna, Buemi, algesauri, Jenson, Lewis, webber, Vettel, massa, Hulkenberg, Damon hill, jackie Stewart, Murray walker, chris Horner, Stefano di preferlegotonechabo and Jean todt. Saw Matt l, found wedding ring, went to party, saw all the drivers again, came home

Good, went to cocoon in the park. Although Ricardo Villalobos was utter wank but Vath saved the day. Also booked Monday off to recover so currently doing naff all!

Got up early for me on Saturday, popped in to the Missus' work; then went to the Garage, then to B&Q where I didn't buy a thing. Went up to see my God Daughter and her family for a brew then went home and cut the hedges and made a start on clearing the jungle that has replaced my garden.
Sunday, got up at 6.30 which is unheard of and went Snowboarding at Chill FactorE; watched the Grand prix, had a coupel of beers with a mate watching Top Gear and then went to bed.
All in all, not a bad weekend really

Saturday slept most of it
Sunday bit of food shopping and did a bit of a clean
