Yeah but the cop was wrong. He told 'Hercles' that he saw a black nmber plate on the front, which in actual fact when they replayed it, the cop said he thought he saw him on the phone.

Is that cop wrong? The one who pulled over the red micra. He said that when asked by a police officer to produce your driving licence at the side of the road it is an offence not to???? Yet by law you dont have to carry your licence.

thought that was harsh tbh. the guy clearly had a black rear plate but wasn't on the phone and had a legal front plate.
the copper just didn't want to let him know he got it wrong.
would've made himself look better if he had just been honest.

She wont go to jail at all, it was a suspended sentance. Basically an 18 month ban that will have been reduced to 12.
