My paypal is on hold due,

I cant have it re opened until they've reviewed, leading my ebay to be suspended

one bloke opened a dispute on the 13th as he never received his item, royal mail clearly states he received it midday on the 12th


he will not close the case even though I have provided all the evidence



some wankers in this world!

Yep, happened to us. Freezes our ebay seller account and our paypal account. You know paypal is owned by eBay? That's probabaly why everything stops.

Always best to keep a little cash in paypal to ensure the balance doesn't go negative if disputes are opened. Really annoying though - well worth a rant!
