Nah it's a B series engine. Certainly not a Kseries.

As for the car itself, is it not a Honda Z600??

i bet thats lively, it looks very similar to the B18C6 i had my in teg, but tbh it could be a B16 with a fancy inlet or anything. no doubt somebody more knowledgeable will be along shortly
