Apart from deads/pull ups/bent over row/ pull downs etc, anything else you would do?
Also what big lifts are good in general? Such as squatting/deads.
Much strength benefit from farmers walk?

barbell rows etc. theres a few variation of the row. the best ones are where your core has to come into it.

Cheers. Do you just train biceps as I kind of use what ever is left in the tank? People seem to slag off training them alot. Suppose if you did deads,squats and other all body exercises you don't need to train them specifically.

no like i said i do two sets of bicep curls, either on the preacher machine or reverse grip on a cable machine and thats it. they are tiny muscles so dont need much if any isolation

Tricep has a larger muscle group than the bicep.
