I don't seem to get txt msg, and sometimes when i reply they don't go thro but say sent and I get charged... or get there anywhere from 10 mins to next day late!!!

check that the message centre number is correct in your fone. Different networks have different numbers, (vodafone, o2, t-mobile)

mine switched itself off last friday and wont switch back on, using anokia 8210 with electrical tape over the back.

o2 seem to have a lot of network problems lately, notably long delays when sending text messages. I feel you should use another network!

Go onto o2 genie website the message centre number is on there.

it was my motorola that did that mate, just using an old 8210 for now...

Well on my 8210 i was told to select a completly diff network like Vodaphone, wait for it to say rejected and then choose the O2 network and it seemed to work.
