Just use primark, I buy their stuff for when i go on holiday and usually throw them away after once they've been ruined by sand etc.

I got a pair of Lowther wellies for festivals and they are comfy as fuck. Made by Hunter but cheaper. No chance I'd be wearing plimsols to a festival if it rained, always always take wellies and normal footwear.
