Not a great deal of help, but you will deffo be able to get on track on the day. At ford fair (same setup as Trax) i got two extra sessions on the day for just over half what the respective people would have paid, both of the idiots forgot their counterpart of the DL and weren't allowed to go out

Well my memory of club briefing was basically "get out of the way of the Elise's as they have priority" and that was pretty much the briefing.
