in my shop, weve had a few instances mainly in bad weather that the internet will go down for a few hours. when that happens we cannot sell/invoice anything

Our database at work had a corrupt calendar table and the majority of the business was stuffed until it was up and running.

Our work would be fucked without PC's.

My job would rely on drawing boards, shit loads of paper and stationary.
We just got rid of working with drawing tanks and A0/1 sheets which were a fucking pain in the arse.

Had a CV the other day at work, bloke says he lists his main attribute as a great teamplayer...... as hes a frequent online team gamer. Sad its got to that

spent 15 days in eastern kenya with just a 35mm camera and an old minibus thing, loved it and didnt want to come home. Not quite the same as living in preston with no internet though
