Ppl who had MSN beta before this release are usually the ones who have shitloads of problems. I had the same problems as all you guys, just uninstalled it, then went through the registry and deleted all registry keys, then redownloaded it from the main site, and bobs ur uncle.

Oh and all that shit aboot microsoft activation is wank, was such a shit scheme. All you gotta do is phone the number it gives you when you want to activate it, and tell them uve upgraded ur machine and reinstalled XP. They dont monitor it online or anything, and all service packs/updates work. My copy is on about 20 PC's

Easy as pie tho for the people that have a copy of a corporate edition, bastards
