Autosmart is a trade supplier in general, but you can usually pick up smaller quantities on eBay It's a blue liquid.
I used to use it on the old van - would get 2 - 3 months out of it. Yes it faded over that period of time, but was still fairly 'black' by that point. I apply a couple of coats, then buff the excess off.

What about using auto glym vinyl and rubber care? Is it ok with regards to silicone content?

Auto Glym bumper Black is really good, you cant find it at most shops though as they dont seem to stock it. you can find it at car shows like TRAX for about £5 . really is good stuff!
