Well, the usual really, won an iPhone, paid straight away, 11 days later still no iPhone and no response to emails. Opened a dispute a couple of days ago, not worried as I know I'll get the money back just massively annoying.
Anyway 5 mins googling turned up this,
The Item I won:
Got her actual name off ebay, googled, found her on Facebook, added, opened up her wall, CTL+F to search for 'iPhone' (just to confirm it's her) turns up this....
No wonder it ain't turned up yet

I get the impression she's a little disappointed at the price it went for so making herself feel better by bragging to her mate about having sold it for more.
She accepted within 10 seconds of the request. Shame she can't reply to my ebay emails or dispute so readily.

tell her she is a idiot, carphone warehouse take in the 3gs for £141 just need to show a valid iemi (or w/e it is) which i think would be on the box if it doesnt turn on! although you might never recieve the phone then :/ maybe wait till you have it

Is this true? I have another here that does turn on but the backlights nackered(dark screen), would that be any good?

Turns out the above is true, just nipped a nackered 3GS into them and walked out with £140. 
Checked facebook too, shes removed me as a friend and sent me this so dropped a cheeky reply

Yes shes replied just now, she can't apologise enough, keeps saying shes genuine and sorry i haven't got it yet because her dad posted them, shes going to call him now apparently to find out when he sent them as he also sent an iPhone 4 that she apparently sold on there.

Yep. They said its only 1 per person, they take your name and address and the money has to go onto your card. Could always get different people to take them in for you though.
They if'd and ar'd for a while over whether to accept it and offered a reduced price but eventually said OK.
