Hi there I have recently had a clearout in the garage as we have moved house, so these are all parts I have for sale, mainly for the C20LET and C20XE engines.
Corsa B GSi rear disc axle, running cav Gsi twin pot calipers,new drilled discs and pads, new shoes, new astra GTe handbrake cable with the MTECH conversion kit which included plates for hubs handbrake holders and conversion braket for twin handbrakes into one for corsa braket. It has been rubbed down to bare metal and repainted and only covered 100 miles, cost over £300 to covert in bits etc. £150 ono.
Corsa B 3" custom made stainless exhaust (turbo back) Fits onto the standard kkk16 turbo has no cat, 4" outwardly rolled tailpipe. Has the larger downpipe elbow for increased flow and flexi joint, lamba sensor included to, so just a bolt on job and loverly sound from it too. cost £450 new only covered 100 miles £300.
Corsa B C20XE 4 branch manifold (4-2-1) + decat pipe including lamba sensor will fit onto any coverted corsa. £70.
Corsa B 1.4 8v uprated 4 branch manifold + lamba sensor and also heatwrapped. £40.
Corsa B GSi 1. 16v Race spec 4-1 stainless manifold including sports cat 100cell + lamba sensor, will fit the C16XE engine and also X16XE as manifold has hole for EGR valve. Cost £400 new. £200 ono.
Corsa B stainless backbox 4" slashcut will fit any corsa with 2 1/4 exhaust. £30 ono.
Calibra turbo downpipe including elbow for standard turbo made to fit a Corsa B £20 ono.
Calibra turbo standard downpipe including elbow joint and lamba £20.
Thule Roof bars including key used on a mk4 astravan only used once, will fit other vauxhalls. £40 ono.
C20XE Distributorless engine loom uncut. £30. SOLD
Corsa B X16xe wiring loom + ECU uncut £50.
C20xe/C20let inlet manifolds.X2 £15 each. ono.
C20LET standard kkk16 turbo manifold, no cracks. £20. SOLD
Corsa C electric Column power steering including ECU and linkage. £100 ono.
F28 recon gearbox, coverted to FWD, bought for corsa turbo but was never used. cost £700, sell for £350 ono.
F28 gearbox out of a 80k cavalier turbo 4X4 gears were all ok, damage to front engine mount, repairable cost about £50 to do. Bought as a spare but would be ideal for someone if they had a good outter casing. £200.
C20LET/Z20LET intercooler kit to fit standard or uprated turbo, was used on a corsa B turbo, 9ltr alloy intercooler £200ono (retailed at 379).
C20LET TX autosport stainless airfilter hardpipe conversion. £50.
Corsa B GSi power steering rack. £35.
Corsa B non power steering rack x2 £25.
ARP piston rod bolts C20XE/C20LET, bought in error thinking they were head stud bolt conversion but after fitting relised they were to short. £70 boxed so still have garantee. (retail £110.)
Couple of stainless tubbing pipes for Z20LET intercooler piping 90 degree and straight peices. £20.
C20LET uprated stainless tophat 76mm (TX autosport) including outlet for dumpvalve. £60.
Z20LET standard tophat including bolts. £15.
C20XE forged Mahle pistons oversized 86.47 including new conrods and arp bolts, ideal for someone who needs to rebore a block, good condition only covered about 500 miles. £100. SOLD
C20XE helix paddle clutch, ceramic re-padded, covered 250 miles since repadding.Ideal for high powered XE. (£450 new) £100.
Corsa GSI electric heated mirrows for pair Grey. £75. (hard to find nowadays). Full working order.
C20XE/C20LET sump, baffle plate + oil pickup pipe £35 ono.
C20XE/C20LET Baffle plate x 2 £15 each ono. 1 is now SOLD
C20LET tophat cover that says turbo on it, hard to find in good nick. £20.ono.
C20LET/C20XE cambelt cover polished. £40.
C20LET/C20XE cambelt cover polished but holes cutout for verneers. £60.

Corsa C Sxi wheels 185/55/15's powdercoated black, tyres in average condition but passed an MOT with them on, wheels in Very good condition no kerb marks. £150 (powdercoating cost £200) will fit most 4 stud vauxhalls included corsa B as they were on one of these.
C20XE single pulley powersteering pump (V belt) £15.
Corsa B C20XE big hubs, driveshafts, 2ltr 16v brakes with good discs and pads, ideal for 2ltr 16v upgrade and just bolt on. £100.
Corsa B 2ltr 16v hubs and driveshafts, just needs a new inner CV joint on the drivers side, ideal for upgrade. £50. SOLD
76mm 90 degree bend samco hoses red. x 2 ideal for intercoolers. £10.
Astra VXR injectors new never used, ideal for C20LET/ Z20LET upgrade. £75ono. SOLD
Rebuilt C20LET KKK16 turbo + manifold including coolant samco hoses red, covered 100 miles since the rebuild. cost £450 for turbo, airfilter inlet has been ported for greater airflow. £350.
C20LET/C20XE rocker cover Painted blue average condition. £20.
C20XE/C20LET head pressure tested + skimmed ready for use but never used, looks dirty but just been stored for ages. All valves ok none bent, no cams. £70ono.
C20XE wide belt type crank pulley £15ono.
C20LET/C20XE TX autosport stainless oil breather/Dipstick holder. £20.
Corsa B alloy front strut brace, average condition just needs a polish. £20.
C20LET throttle bodie polished finish, ported and polished, gas flowed, Cheese wedges removed for extra flowrate, never used, gains of upto 5bhp. £75.
C20XE throttle bodie late type with butterfly restriction removed to increase flow rate/throttle response. £25.ono.
Mocal uprated 16 row oil cooler. £35.ono. SOLD
C20XE engine bought as spare ready to rebuild, needs a few bits but would be ideal for rebuild. It did run but has had bits taken off it. £200.
C20LET verneir Pulleys round tooth. £60 (sort of red)
Astra VXR fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator. £15. SOLD
C20XE Distributor type Kent Cams, highlift 286degree, only covered 200 miles in a throttle bodied corsa running 230BHP. £150. (£560 new!) SOLD

Hiya, we paid £600 for it 2 years ago & had a reciept at the time, but have since moved house & no longer have any paperwork relating to it. The gearbox has been dry stored for 2 years (in the garage) & if opened up, you can clearly see that new parts have been used to do the rebuild.

Interested in disc rear axel,C20XE pistons and the ARP rods mate...any pics of the three?

Axle has been dry stored but will need a little clean, the brakes have been checked and are not seized or anything just surface rust.

Sorry we are very busy, but no we won't sell them seperate, there a complete setup for someone to just bolt them straight onto there suspension and fit into gearbox and away you go. There a bargain for that price seeing as they include brakes and calipers.
