It is a vital tool for service providing companies, it stops skiving and it recoups personal mileage.

It'll be used for all of its capabilities if the company are sensible about it.

Another thing it is excellent for...customers moaning that they are paying too much because the engineer was there for 5 minutes and fucked off. Print off the tracker report and send them it.
